To determine the ideal placement for your waist beads, take a string and wrap it around your waist where you want the beads to sit, and then use the "measure app" on your phone to calculate the length in inches.

Although gold plated or .925 silver jewelry will not tarnish, it will get dirty. Protect your strands and extend its shine by periodically cleaning each piece and avoiding substances that aren’t PH neutral. Please remove your jewelry while exercising, showering and swimming. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products. Even natural ones. Do not use harsh chemicals, bleach, oil, jewelry cleaners, or polishing cloths, this can affect the finishing on some of our charms or closures. Strands is not responsible for the maintenance of your jewelry.

Please use a solution of warm water and detergent-free soap with a soft bristle brush.
